GREEK YOGHURT SALAD DRESSING
Greek yoghurt salad dressing is a great choice for dressing your salads. This dressing is best known for its creaminess. It offers a lighter alternative to traditional dressings such as mayonnaise.
Greek yoghurt is rich in protein and probiotics, which enhances the texture of the dressing whilst providing nutritional benefits. As exclusive distributors of top food brands, we present Olympus.

Mix the ingredients together. In a bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, olive oil, chopped garlic (crushed beforehand to release more flavour), lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add the herbs. If you’d like an extra touch of freshness, add some chopped fresh herbs to taste.
Mix well. Use a fork or a whisk to mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth, creamy sauce.
Taste and adjust. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning to your liking. If you want a tangier sauce, add a little more lemon juice. If you prefer a stronger flavour, you can add a little more garlic.
Further tips
- Greek yoghurt. Use unsweetened natural Greek yoghurt to make a thicker, more flavourful Greek yoghurt salad dressing. Olympus yoghurts are the best choice for creating tasty, delicious recipes.
- Garlic. If you don’t like raw garlic, you can briefly sauté it in a frying pan with a little olive oil before adding it to the dressing.
- Herbs. Experiment with different fresh herbs to give your dressing a personal touch. Some delicious options include coriander, mint or basil.
- Variations. You can add other ingredients to your yoghurt dressing, such as grated cucumber, Dijon mustard, honey or lemon zest.
