CHORIZO ROSETTES
Puff pastry chorizo rosettes are an easy and eye-catching recipe, perfect for preparing a quick appetizer with just a few ingredients.
The combination of crispy pastry and intense flavor makes them an ideal option to impress on any occasion. They are also a versatile idea that you can adapt to your tastes or whatever you have in the fridge.

Add the crushed garlic cloves and cook over low heat for 10–15 minutes. The mixture should stew and not be too runny.
Cut the chorizo slices in half. Cut the puff pastry into about 6 strips.
Spread your tomato compote and place the half slices of chorizo along the length of the strips so they slightly stick out from the puff pastry.
Fold the end of the Marie puff pastry Marie puff pastry over the chorizo slices and roll each strip up to form a spiral. Place each rosette in a muffin tin. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
