Pancakes and base
- 8 Le Monde des Crepes pancakes
- 30 g spread (chocolate, hazelnut or your favourite)
Fruit and topping
- 80g strawberries
- 30g blueberries
- 30g raspberries
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 2 kiwis
- 50g whipped cream
- Sweets or candies for decoration (optional)
PREPARING THE PANCAKE CROWN
Make this pancake crown by following these steps:
- Prepare the fruit. The first step is to wash all the fresh fruit. Once clean, peel the apple, banana and kiwis, and cut them into small pieces or thin slices. Other fruits you will need to decorate the crown are strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
- Heat the pancakes. Heat the frozen pancakes for about 30 seconds on high power so that they are soft and flexible.
- Assemble the crown. Place the hot pancakes in a crown shape on a large tray or plate. Add the spread to the centre as a base and arrange the fruit around and on the edges, alternating colours and textures to achieve a beautiful look.
To finish, pipe whipped cream onto the crown and add the sweets. This will give you an irresistible pancake crown.
