- Use 4 pancakes from Le Monde des Crepes
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 pinch of Maldon® salt
- Oil or butter for the pan
STEP BY STEP PREPARATION OF OATMEAL BANANA PANCAKES
- Prepare the oats. Place the oats in a blender or food processor and grind to a fine flour.
- Mix the ingredients together. In a bowl, mash the banana to a puree. Add the eggs, milk, vanilla essence, crushed oats, baking powder and salt. Mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
