Tacos de brandada de bacalao

COD BRANDADE TACOS 

INGREDIENTES (para 12 empanadillas)

8 soft corn tortillas   

1 glass of real cod brandade 200g MAISON COUDÈNE  

150g cherry tomatoes   

1 tin of corn  

1 red onion   

1 lime  

1 bunch of coriander   

Salt and pepper to taste

ELABORATION

STEP 1

Drain the corn, chop the coriander, peel and finely chop the onion.

STEP 2

Mix everything with the lime juice, salt and pepper. 

STEP 3 

Cut the tomatoes in half.   

STEP 4

Reheat the tortillas according to the instructions on the packet.   

STEP 5

Garnish tortillas with brandade. Add corn salsa, tomatoes and serve.   

TIP :   

Add a small chopped red pepper to the corn for a spicier result.
